  • Microphone and Audio Data: ArenAudio requires access to your device's microphone to facilitate real-time audio communication between coaches and riders. We do not record, store, transcribe, or save any audio data on our servers. All audio is processed in real-time via our communication provider (Agora.io) strictly for transmitting the live lesson, and the audio stream is immediately discarded once the session ends.

  • Subscription and Payment Data: We offer auto-renewing subscriptions. All payment transactions are securely processed directly by Apple (via the App Store) or Google (via the Google Play Store). We do not collect or store your credit card information. We use RevenueCat to verify your purchase receipts and grant access to premium features.

  • Usage and Device Information: We use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to understand how our App is used and to fix bugs. This automatically collects device information (such as device model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers), IP addresses, usage patterns, and crash logs.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Create and manage your account securely.

  • Facilitate real-time, zero-latency audio communication between coaches and riders.

  • Process subscription entitlements and verify active coaching hours.

  • Identify, debug, and fix app crashes and technical errors.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We share your information with trusted third-party service providers solely to operate, maintain, and secure our App. These providers have strict privacy and security standards:

  • Google Firebase (Auth & Firestore): For secure account authentication and database hosting.

  • Agora.io: For real-time audio transmission (live processing only; no audio is recorded).

  • RevenueCat: For cross-platform subscription and entitlement management.

  • Firebase Crashlytics & Analytics: For monitoring app stability and user engagement.

  • Apple App Store & Google Play Store: For processing payments.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We keep your personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Your Right to Delete: You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data at any time. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data directly within the ArenAudio app by navigating to [Settings > Delete Account].
